Snake like robot reproducing the concept of the first snake like robot created by Prof. Shigeo Hirose back in the 1972. Each link is equipped with free casters and by only one actuators vertically displaced in order to connect the next unit of the body and to recreate the sinuous motion of a snake. Ideal for research or for entertainment. It is fully reprogrammable with adding sensors based on the user's needs.

ACM-r1 is powered by one HiBot's TITechSH2 Controller that controls, each TitechDriver ver 5 installed in every segment.
